1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), or on Bank Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
2. Delivery Times & Service
Once dispatched, delivery is fast and convenient:

Next-Day Delivery: If all items in your order are in stock, we ship for next-day delivery.

Daily Deliveries: Our courier, DPD, delivers every day.

Advanced Tracking: You will receive a fully tracked service with a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery.

Delivery Options: You can choose delivery to a safe place or a nearby collection point. A signature may be required, or ID may be requested upon delivery for security.
3. Shipping Costs

UK Mainland (Excluding Northern Ireland): FREE on all orders with a value of £40 or more.

UK Mainland (Excluding Northern Ireland): £3.95 on orders under £39.99

Northern Ireland: A flat shipping rate of £9.99 applies to all orders, as set by our courier. This rate is non-negotiable.
4. Tracking Your Order

To receive your DPD tracking link with live updates and your 1-hour delivery window, please ensure you provide a valid mobile number or email address at checkout.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received this email, your order is still being processed. If 5 days have passed it is recommended to get in touch with us to see the status of your order.
5. How long will delivery take?

Most UK mainland orders arrive the next working day after dispatch. Deliveries to remote or offshore areas (including Northern Ireland) may take 2-3 days. While rare, external factors like weather, accidents or courier strikes can cause delays. It is recommended to please contact us if your order has not arrived within 5 working days since dispatch.
6. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no external indication of the contents to ensure your privacy and the security of your delivery.
